With the Government implemented changes to Self Containment in New Zealand, we made the decision to become an issuing authority in our own right, making us a true One Stop RV Shop.
You can now call into B2B RV and have your vehicle inspected, and if it passes the test, you will drive away with everything you need
Self Containment Inspections
SELF CONTAINMENT REGULATIONS
The Self Containment Regulations are written by the New Zealand Government, and overseen by The Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board. Theirwebsite has a full list of requirements under the "Self Contained Vehicles" section. This is easily accessable, and worth reading particularly if you are converting a vehicle yourself
Certificates & Warrant Cards
B2B RV is an independant Issuing Authority, and everything is done in house. By using B2B RV for your CSC Inspection, this means that if you pass the inspection you will drive away with everything you need. The whole process should take 1 hour.
PREVIOUSLY CERTIFIED
Appointments are required for ALL inspections. If the RV is rejected, you can either do the repairs yourself, or make an appointment and B2B RV will do the repairs for you
NEW CERTIFICATION
If you have a new RV, or one that has never been certified, you will need to make an appointment so we can do an indepth check, and in a lot of situations your RV will need to have plunbing alterations carried out.
PORTABLE TOILETS
Portable toilets are no longer allowed for Self Containments. HOWEVER, there is a lot of work being done in the background around this., PLEASE CONTACT THE NZMCA FOR THEIR UPDATES ON THIS.
